This penthouse flat consists of lounge with sofa and armchairs,
eating area and kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi bath and toilet,
balcony and private terras with lake and mountain view.

PRICES INCLUDE: use of water, light,
gas, bed linen with weekly change.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: :
you have the possibility to add one or two beds (double
sofa bed or bunk beds) at € 10 p.p. per day, optional hire of linen (for
additional changes) € 9,- p.p., hire of bathroom linen € 9,- p.p. each
change. Heating/air conditioning to be agreed locally. Cot, small bed
and highchair to be requested at time of reservation, € 7,- per day. Small
domestic animals: to be indicated at time of reservation, € 7,- per day.
Compulsory final cleaning: € 45,- Deposit € 200,-.
